Hi there,
Just thought I'd comment on the service I had with Perth OPC this week. I had my 997 C4S in for a major service on yesterday, and can say that the whole experience was very good. I had a call the evening before to confirm the booking and that there would be a courtesy car for me, and on arrival I dealt with Caroline who was very friendly and professional at all times. The head service tech also came out and introduced himself and explained to me what would be carried out whilst my car was in.
I received a video via email from the tech doing the work on my car at about 10 am to explain that they had carried out a health check on the car, and pointing out a couple of issues that had been picked up (a couple of seized link rods for light leveling and wheel alignment out on front off side), which was followed up by a phone call to ask if I would like them to rectify these while the car was in.
When I returned to pick the car up Caroline informed me that they had been able to free the link rods off so hadn't needed to replace them as they had first thought, and she also applied 10% discount to all parts and labour no questions asked when I mentioned PCGB. This was on the fixed price servicing.
Overall I was very happy with the whole experience (apart from the terrible Merc GLA courtesy car, but this was not their usual car, they had sourced it last minute for me as the usual Cayennes were out on long term loan so can't really complain about that!)
I haven't used Edinburgh before, but my wife has used Glasgow OPC for the last few years, and she swapped to Perth last year due to Glasgow never returning calls regarding some warranty work on her 991 Targa, whereas Perth OPC called back and got it booked in next day.
