Evening all

Happy to announce we will be holding another open workshop morning at OPC Teesside (Wellington Court, Concorde Way, Stockton-on-Tees TS18 3TA)

For those of you who have not attended one of these before, we get full access to the OPC with 12 - 15 cars being looked over by the Teesside technicians with the owners and other members getting the chance to see under and around the vehicles whilst they are up on the ramps. The technicians will discuss any obvious issues they find (hopefully none) as well as giving helpful advice on things to look out for in the future and simple steps that can be taken to avoid some of these issues. There will also be refreshments and a chance to peruse the Porsche showroom along with a range of merchandise. (I'll also have plenty of the R3 Enamel Pin Badges available at only £1 each)

If you are interested in having your car on the ramps you must contact myself on the R3 email address r3@porscheclubgb.com By all means comment and discuss below this post but I can only take official bookings by email with all the details I required below

I'll need your full name, car model, registration number and a contact number you can be reached on, on the day. All members with cars booked on the ramps should be on site at 9am sharp. Everyone else is welcome anytime between 9 - 12 and is welcome for as long as they like.

For those of you who have had your cars on the ramps in the past, we politely ask that you give other members who haven't a chance to see their cars up there. we have 12 formal spaces with a reserve list of 3 spaces in case of potential no shows. If time permits we will of course get the reserve cars on the ramp also. All members are invited so even if you just want to pop along or if your car has been tucked away for winter, feel free to come along in the daily driver, all we ask is the OPC car park is Porsches only so we can grab some great pictures for our social media.

Any questions feel free to contact me by email or on my mobile 07740363084

Looking forward to seeing you all there

Dave

Dave,
I have had my 981 up on the ramp recently at OPC Newcastle so I don't need to book but will try to come along to catch up with others.

Sadly i'm away that weekend Dave or would have loved to have come down - do we know if Teeside offer any discount to members for servicing?

Hi Ben

No official discount on servicing, we have Michael French from Porsche Newcastle attending this months Club Night on the 12th. He's been put forward by JCT 600 to become the club liaison so he'll be updating all new products and services they'll be offering
