C16 is interesting, mine has it quoted inspite of being Guards Red..... a flat coat non metalic colour!! Oh yes, and the paint code matches, it hasn't been re-sprayed in a different colour.

A quick question for us ignorant persons, where do I find the option codes on my car?
Thx

HMM.... mine has D24 as an option code too, and I've not yet been able to find what this is on the database, either. [8|]

hi all, the option codes are diffrent for each year on some of the items (silly, i agree)
i spoke to porsche gb at reading on tuesday and give him the list of codes along with chassis number andhe told me all of them except for D24, which he said he did'nt have them listed. suggested that i try to call around a few local dealers who might be able to help.other then that to fax him a copy of the sticker in the service / owners book and he could speak to custmer services in germany.

steve

Does anyone know if I can get an options list for my car from the dealer or from Porsche? There sin't one in the manual or service book and the one under the hood is illegible.
Cheers

I think most dealers can do it just from the chassis number. My local specialist managed to do some sort of 'fax back' type service with one of the main dealers, I now have a full spec sheet for my car !!
