OPRV Align tool?

Hi, would anybody have an OPRV Align tool for an 1990 s2 I could borrow? I've been chasing a whining / resonating sound from the front of my S2 for the past 6 months. It arrives about 2000 rpm and is driving me mad, while also driving everybody that would listen mad in the process. After checking almost everything else, i'm hoping it could be the OPRV and for the price of two O-rings, it seems worth a go.

Well, yes I think it has. Bruce, do you think you have the same issue? If anybody is doing this to sort a whine, i'd advise only changing the top o-ring first and see if that fixes it. The internal ring is not easy to get back into the housing. Or buy a load of spare o-rings...
