Optimax now >£1/litre

Hi Martin, filled up at BP last week ultimate 99.6! at leasts mine only sniffs the stuff!

Croyland Motors (AKA Shell in Rushden) is easily the cheapest place for petrol anywhere near. It is a couple of P/ltr less than all the supermarkets for example.

Regarding Ultimate, then no, not a decision to move yet, but forced because of location and a winking orange light on the instruments (yes, they did fit low fuel warning to older cars) [;)]

99.9p at the Shell BMW garage in Northampton today

(I was buying diesel at the time - 96.9p)

Spookily I was in MK today and bought 44.39 litres of Optimax, which cost me £45.23. So that'll be £1.0189/ltr then []

aye !

Bedford Autodrome is up at 99p for super unleaded... ! bargain [&:]

Petrol at Bedford Autodrome has always been £1/litre (there's no £ dials on the pumps so this makes it easy to calculate the cost). This used to be really expensive when it was <80p elsewhere "" now it's cheap! I wonder what Jonathan Palmer will do about this? £2/litre maybe [:)]
