Optimiser Oxford 360T

Hi guys,

I've been in the market for a new optimiser for the 996, seeing as my bike one only supports batteries upto 50AH.

Yesterday when I popped over to George Whites superbike centre which is close to my house, they had a deal on the Oxford 360T, 69.99 down to 39.99. It charges all types of batteries and anything from 1.5AH up to 125AH! It is suitable for bikes, quads, jetskis, cars, caravans, motorhomes etc etc. It checks, maintains, recovers, trickle charges, cycles and bulk charges the battery.

It comes with crocodile clips for a temporary connection and a permenant fused ringlet connection with dust cap as well as mounting bracket and power leads.

I've checked online including ebay, and they are all still selling at nearly £60.00.

Getting towards winter I thought others may be in the market for an optimiser / charger to maintain their batteries, so if anyone wanted me to pick one up for them, I could arrange buying and sending one.

Just thought I would let you know.

Cheers,

Steve

A good spot Steve.

Readers may also like to know that Amazon currently has the CTEK 3600xs (which others have recommended) for £42.49 ("down from £77") inc. delivery.

Porscheshop has the same CTEK model for £47 so I'm thinking that, unusually, this is a good time of year to buy.

Sounds like a good buy too - it's a little odd isn't it that they are on sale close to winter, still I'm not complaining :)
