Optimising Tiptronic shifts

I'm looking to get the best from 91 Tip and cant really find any advice on optimising Tip shifts

i remember years ago there was an article somewhere written by a racing driver who explained how to get the best from the Tip but I cant find it

has anyone got any advice or can point me to some posts/articles?
