The engine is coming out for a clutch change, so are there any other jobs that are worth doing whilst things are apart?

I really don't want to have to pay for things to come apart again in the next couple of years unless I really have too.

On the none service side of things - I would get the engine bay and all tin ware cleaded - painted where necessary or replaced, engine compartments always clean easier without the engine! [:D][:D]

check the heater control valves, there are 2 and the have a tendancy to rust away ! resulting in dodgy heating / cooling ( its not that good anyway ! )

Sadly just had the service done inlcuding some fuel lines, doh!

Am definitley going to get in there and give the engine bay a good clean out though.
