PLEASE NOTE -THIS IS OPEN TO ALL:

Dear Porsche driver,

The evening before the 12th March RS Trackday at Oulton, we have arranged access for an overnight stay at the venue.

To facilitate this we urgently need an indication of numbers who may use this option, this includes your entire party.

Would you please reply to tim@easytrack.co.uk with your requirements, by return.

Motor homes parking & camping are acceptable and there will be electric access from the garages.

Use of generators is allowed up to 11pm. Showers and toilets will be open through the night (near scrutineering bay) and, IMPORTANTLY:
THE BAR WILL BE OPEN IN CHEQUERS RESTAURANT and CATERING FACILITIES, DEPENDANT ON NUMBERS.

Access to the venue will be from 5pm on 11th, gates will be locked at 11pm by the security watchman.

As we said, we need to know numbers asap so please reply to: tim@easytrack.co.uk by return.

It will not be possible to add yourself later.

For clarification

You dont have to be staying overnight to join in the Grub n drink fun.

We need expected numbers of people who would just make use of the Bar and catering facilities on that evening at the venue. Maybe just popping in for an hour or so?

Oulton will only supply us with bar etc if we have over 30 to cater for (although Im sure some will eat and drink enough for 30 :)
 
I'll drive over on the morning of the 12th and am staying in the Happy Guests Lodge on the evening of the 12th.

Hence I will be at home on the 11th ...
