Oulton; The night before

PLEASE NOTE -THIS IS OPEN TO ALL:

Dear Porsche driver,

The evening before the 12th March RS Trackday at Oulton, we have arranged access for an overnight stay at the venue.

To facilitate this we urgently need an indication of numbers who may use this option, this includes your entire party.

Would you please reply to tim@easytrack.co.uk with your requirements, by return.

Motor homes parking & camping are acceptable and there will be electric access from the garages.

Use of generators is allowed up to 11pm. Showers and toilets will be open through the night (near scrutineering bay) and, IMPORTANTLY:
THE BAR WILL BE OPEN IN CHEQUERS RESTAURANT and CATERING FACILITIES, DEPENDANT ON NUMBERS.

Access to the venue will be from 5pm on 11th, gates will be locked at 11pm by the security watchman.

As we said, we need to know numbers asap so please reply to: tim@easytrack.co.uk by return.

It will not be possible to add yourself later.

NB: This is open to anyone whether you are staying overnight or not! But please let us know if you intend droppping in for an hour or so and would make use of the food and drink facilities :)
 
Come on then guys,get your names down.Plenty of taxis and M/buses about.
Think of the soar head the next day,you can always put your tents up under my awning,toilets and showers are open etc
