After a lot of soul searching and finally following a drive in Andy's car while in France, it had to be done.
The Turbo S is the most fantastic GT car super fast and very safe, however if I am spending this much money on a car that is my reason for going to work then when I drive it, it needs to be special, different from the 330 M sport, it needs to have passion and soul and be completely different from my day car not a much better example of the same type of machine (a fast touring car that covers miles quickly) I did not get enough out of the PDK, great as an auto and while in France (when it was on the road) I used the paddles all the time but still did not really get the buzz I have been looking for,the buzz that always makes me smile even when driving slowly. So I change has taken place and so far with 300 miles covered its awesome and sounds fantastic with and without sport engaged.
Please see my new toy,

Top motor Geoff[8D]

We're exceptionally jealous, it looks (and I'm sure drives) superb.

It does come with run flat tyres of course?[:D][:D]

Mark

Thanks

It is the same colour but much better finish the bodywork feels like a baby's bottom,
It has done just 5000 miles and is spotless or was until I got 2 stone chips, having a wrap done a week monday to protect the front the same as on the Cab.

Looks absolutely amazing Geoff :p
I can understand what you mean about the love of a stick[]

I'm concerned on what Caroline thinks about having the big red bottle sat between her legs!!?
and I do adore those wheels...

Beautiful car, Geoff, welcome back to the manual world! Absolutely gorgeous car, great colour scheme too - look forward to seeing it soon :)

Off line for a couple of days and look what's happen while I'm away! Paul and Carina are turning Japanese, then Geoff and Caroline revert to manual atmospheric. [8|] Well here's is a fine kettle of fish. [:(]

Seriously though, congratulations, looks like an extremely purposeful piece kit. Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh and getting your impressions.

Hope Caroline has now recovered from her battle wounds. See you soon.

Regards,

Clive.

Lovely motor car which will give you enormous pleasure!
I never fitted the fire extinguisher in mine as Jill plus handbag equals no room for large red canister!!
See you at Wilton!

Andy

Subtle as a brick - I love it! What a machine.

Perhaps a smaller fire extinguisher for family outings though Geoff? [:D]

(ps. say Hi to Caroline from me, hope she's got the crick out of her neck and her eyebrow has healed now)

I'm sure my B737 had smaller engine fire extinguishers![;)] Is that the standard size?
Maybe the centre console has one of these fitted....

Paul's just seen this & said it's a bit chavvy with those stickers [;)] Wants to know where he can get some for the GTR [:D]

My factory extinguisher is smaller than that and fitted east-west under the driver's seat rather than north/south in the passenger foot-well, so alternatives are available, but that's certainly the bad boy you need to put out any half decent fire.[;)]

Regards,

Clive.
