Overhauling 4 pot callipers.

Does anyone know if it's possible to have the 4 pot callipers re-furbished, including replacing corroded/sticking pistons?

I know it's possible to buy seal kits...but what about the pistons?

Or a company that will do the lot, paint the castings, replace corroded pistons and replace all the seals?
