Overtaken by a double decker bus!

I'm afraid I am officially driving Miss Daisy (at the tender age of 32!)
I got overtaken in the 964 by a double decker bus on a dual carriageway this week. The kids on the bus thought this was most amusing and more than one was giving me the w*^ker sign. [][]
In my defence it was a temporary 30mph limit and the bus was doing close to 50mph but still makes me wonder whether I should sell the Porsche and buy a G-Wiz (at least they can't do more than 30mph or something)
I did, however, draw the line at being overtaken by a chavved up Metro but by then we'd re-entered the national speed limit zone and so was like shooting fish in a barrel.[8|]

As a good citizen and not as a revenge [], shouldn't you have reported the bus to the school/bus company for driving well above the marked speed limit putting the kids at risk and any workman, or whatever the reason the limit was for, at risk? [8|]

At least you were overtaken, I was hit by a bus in the S2! Thats why its not yet for sale, waiting for insurance. By the reaction of the driver, this is something he makes a habit of doing! Little damage fortunately, rear bumper pushed out of alignment only

I undertook a Bus on the Nurburgring - in the Karussell. The bus being on the top and me in lower part - looking up and seeing the double decker a few feet away and towering over, and with quite a lean, made me go faster for sure!

Yes buses were the only vehicles I overtook on my first trip to the ring[8D]. Apart from crashed bikes![]

I hate busses and coaches!!! Not that i shoul have been doing it but i had a coach pull out in front of me at 140mph on my bike on the M25.... He pulled into the fast lane doing 60! about 100 yards in front, i couldnt go no where so the 140mph stoppie had to come in and hank god it worked!!!
