P zero question

Hi All,

Just bought a set of spare alloys off e-bay and need to replace two of the tyres.

Do the P zero tyres need to be a specific side or are they universal?
Picture shows I have the off side set I think.

Are those the rears that you need or the fronts ? I have 2 pzero rosso n4s for sale sizes are 225/40/18 and they have approx 5mm along side and middle on both tyres. Thx Roy

Steve,

I'm running PZeros and I'm pretty sure that they're universal.

If they were directional, they'd be indicated as such.

The only thing you need to ensure is that the OUTSIDE marker on the tyre sidewall is on the outside of the wheel.

Jeff

Thanks Jeff, I thought they were but just needed someone to confirm.

I was told the wheels came off the same car, if that's the case then RIP the owner!

This is how they stack up.

Front off side - Pirelli P zero 6mm
Front near side - Continental 3mm
Rear off side - Pirelli P zero 6mm 285 30 ZR18
Rear near side - Dunlop SP 4mm 265 45 ZR18.

The only good this is that they are genuine alloys.

Going to use them for track days and get mine refurbed with new Bridgestones on.

Steve, P Zeros are asymetric pattern (i.e. there is an "outside face/ inside face") but not directional. A tyre can be fitted to either nearside or offside of the car, you just need to make sure the word "outside" is visible when fitted to the car!
regards,
