I posted a thread a while ago, basically I had no red master remote and was down to one working remote. I had the 2nd remote refurbished at Hamilton and Palmer (by post) but it still was not working.
I have now solved the problem. I called in at Hamilton and Palmer in Kemsing, Sevenoaks (on my way down to Brands Hatch). They managed to remove my alarm board, recode it to a new Red Master remote and reprogramme my 2 remotes (both of which now have new cases) to the newly recoded board. All of this took only 1 Hour, and gave me a chance to look at the cars for sale at La Rose, a small independent Porsche dealer on the same industrial estate.
So, I now have 2 functioning remotes and a Red master remote for programming new remotes, should I require replacements. Also found out that the small key I had on my spare set was to turn on/off a separate alarm in the engine bay that would be triggered if the main battery was disconnected.
