Looks familiar

Shame I didn't get to do much with it this year other than a couple of track shakedown outings and two shows.

Cheers Mick. The car has never been better than it is now, finally got the setup nailed this year such that it is really wonderful to drive (thanks mostly to many hours slaving away on geo and corner weights by Andy Duncan). Sadly though I am buying a house and currently steeling myself to putting the ad together to sell up.

You may regret selling the 944 but investing in bricks and mortar is rarely a mistake. Well done, and I hope the sale/purchase goes well.

Oli.

Thanks guys, I am only a few grand short on the deposit so don't really need to sell her, would prefer not to but then again I have only driven her on track 16 times in total over 4 years which is silly really for a race car. Many guys will do that much in season 1. Bizarrely my back injury earlier in the year meant I didn't spend much of my race budget which is what has left me with several £K to put towards the house.

Oli my only regret at the moment is that we didn't buy a house earlier, I was 40 this year and this is my first time buying. We are really lucky to get a great deal as well but my handle will soon be saying Shaftesbury rather than Weymouth. Very excited about it all really its going to be great and cuts the slog up to Combe in half which has to be good as I love that track [8D]

Ah, the conflicting demands of being sensible and running race cars. I'm very impressed by the fact that your biggest excitement about the new house is that you will be closer to your favourite racing circuit - that's the commitment of a true racer!

When you move to Shaftesbury, if you see a white turbo around and about, that'll be me!

Actually Oli my wife thinks its funny that I was so excited about the 20ft x 10ft garage and 36ft of driveway [:D]. Its ideal for us long term.

Ewan I will keep my eye out for your motor although I may have seen it down at JMG in the past.
