Paint defect repair

Had the misfortune of a large stone that got kicked up from the opposite carriageway and made a very hard hit. I guess it could have been worse if my lightweight windscreen got whacked... This has resulted in a 1cm paint gash on my door with a finer scuff behind it (paint was perfect on the door until now). Is there anyone you recommend to have it repaired without painting the whole door? Out of interest who would you recommend for a front end repaint from road rash? I'm in Glasgow.
