Hi good people had some scratchs painted out on my car but it has turned out a different colour but the colour code of the car it is a silver blue the paint shop said the only way to have it a pervect match is to have the hole car done can anyone one help , he thinks the car has had some painting done before

You've gone to an amateur paint shop who are making excuses. Your colour is Polar Silver, not hard to match. Go to a proper paint shop and get a proper job done. Where are the scratches?
