Can anyone give me a name and contact number for the local (South Essex area) "Chipsaway" man or alternative company that does minor paint touch up work, so that I can have a few minor stone chips repaired?

Thanks for your reply.

I sent an email enquirey to Chipsaway but so far no reply, so will give them a call. Have been recommended a local man who is reputed to be the best around. Aren't they all! He is away for a couple of weeks but will contact me when he returns.

I will advise further after I have met him.

I have used ChipsAway a number of times on my Audi and VW cars, repairing parking scratches and deep vandal scratches along a rear wing. The paintwork on both my cars was pearlescent dark blue, with a lacquer coating (of course!).
The local ChipsAway representative in Billericay, Essex is Mike Farrell who works with his son Ian.
The quality of their work is excellent, and they spend a couple of hours perfecting the repair and the finish. They also keen you informed of progress and make sure you are happy with the result.
I have used them when required over the past 19 months and I recommend them without reservation.
They are both keen on cars and have a very professional attitude to their work.
