Painted brake calipers

Hi all,

I am considering painting my brake calipers on my 1988 911 carrera Targa. The car is red, I was thinking of yellow calipers (my favourite colour), I did it before on a red Celica and it did look nice.
BUT!!!! this car is a classic, and it is as it come out of the factory, so do I mess with it, or do I leave as original as possible.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Original is my pref.

Either that or get some different calipers, and store the originals.
 
go for any colour you like. Yellow sounds good. Put some Porsche decals on there too. They look great like that IMHO
