I've had 4 arctic silver cars and unfortunately have needed all of them to have the front PUs repainted. I always use Bill Heaney, the official Porsche body shop at Tyne Tunnel trading estate in North Shields.
We've had a R3 visit to the premises and one of the fascinating things was how many shades of Arctic silver there are. They've got loads of swatches made up to get an exact match on your car. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them, ask for Ron or Greg and feel happy to mention my name.

good luck

We went to redline racing a few months ago and they have a paint shop next door http://www.thecarspa-teesside.co.uk/
only good reports so far they are only in thornaby so not too far from you,
say you are from the Porsche club you may get a discount but no promises

You could try Pride and Joy Classics in Middlesbrough. A few of the Tipec members have had work done there and the results were very good. Prices are not bad either.

I've just had to have my rear wing painted in arctic silver following the incident at the WOTY.and had the other side done a couple of weeks ago following the incident with the catapult!

Its further away from you but Annfield Autosprays did an excellent job and were very reasonable cost wise. if you want their details let me know. They did offer a courtesy car if i needed it and it was all done without insurance claim.

Another thumbs up for Bill Heaney, done the nose on my 993 a few years ago, they are good and surprisingly not as expensive as you would have thought!!
