Painting Centre Console

Hi,
I expect a common wear issue, the soft finish on my centre console has some wear marks which I was thinking of getting a Smart Repair on. Doing some googling I've seen some threads where owners have stripped and rattle can painted the console and from the images looked pretty good results.

Anyone done similar or any advice on improving the look?

You are correct, this is a common wear area on the interior, mine too has some marks on it as it has a ‘soft’ plastic finish. I have not looked to repair or remove mine as yet, but you could get a body shop to remove and carry out the work, or alternatively an interior trimmer? I have seen the centre console leather trimmed to match the interior, although I am guessing this is a pricy fix!

Cheers Steve, yes looked at leather but as you say a bit pricey. I've contacted a body shop and will be seeing them in a couple of weeks - will post how I get on!!
