Panamera Spare Wheel

I have had my late 2022 Panamera for only a month and had my first puncture. Sealant would not work, recovery took hours, off the road for several days and missed a car event. I remember reading on social media about using a VW space saver wheel, possibly Toureg or Tiguan. Anyone tried it? Even thought of keeping a front and a rear tyre at home.
