Panamera spoiler not fully closed

Hi,

I’ve searched the forum and only come up with on possible solution. My Pan spoiler moves up and down but is creeky and sits slightly proud on the left. Can the motor be replaced? I found Bosch part: 0390204035 on this forum but can’t find on Web? Any advice is welcome:
