Hi guys,
Wonder if anyone could help me locate a part for my 2007 carrera 4S.
It is the rubber boot that covers the MAF sensor connection.

Think I've had a mouse attack !!!

I've spent all weekend on google but to no avail.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

many thanks

Contact your local OPC as they have access to the full catalog as you will need to order through them. Don't forget your 10% PCGB discount.

The Electrical section of PET (Illustration 902-020) shows Grommet Air Mass Sensor, part number 999.702.324.40 (£11.30+VAT). It is shown in the parts listing, but not on the illustration.

I suspect all the wires will need removing from connector to fit new grommet, which may need a special extraction/insertion tool?
Probably easier to just fill with E6000 type material, which is flexible and can be peeled out again if necessary.

Thanks for the suggestion
I have an extraction tool, so not a problem.
would prefer it back to stock if possible.

Just an update

After failing to find the exact match for the damaged sleeve, I ordered the part mentioned above P/N 999.702.324.40 it is listed as Grommet air mass meter but not shown on the illustration.
I even contacted a company in Finland who had the correct part on their website, but they told me that it had been on back order with the manufacturer for some time and was unavailable.

On collecting the part from Porsche Newcastle, I could see that it was a slightly different shape but was a similar size and was also the only one listed on the parts diagram.
I have just swapped the sleeves ( grommets ) over and it fits a treat.

I had to demount the pins from the MAF plug to allow the new sleeve to fit over the cables, but only took a couple of minutes with a pin extraction tool.
I also disconnected the battery as to avoid any risk of shorting the pins.( better safe than sorry )

I can now open the engine cover without the damaged sleeve shouting "LOOK AT ME " !!!
