Part Number for Windstop Clips

Mark are you there?

I managed to break the little bit of plastic that acts as a spring.

The clip pops of the frame with ease so I'm hoping a replacement can be bought.

I have the parts list pdf's but they are at work!

I've a horrible feeling now that the one I found is for attaching a windstop to a rollbar that was not already set up for it[&:]

Thanks Jeff for the info.

I thought you could not do that with the new contract. Handing out part numbers, and that sort of thing.[:D]

Here is the kit of parts that is riveted to the roll bar.

I've contacted my OPC and your info was invaluable. They were going to insist on a new windstop until I said I was looking at a picture of the clip and the plastic bag that it came in.

Thanks again..

At what speed does the wind deflector give up and leave?

Looking at the way it is fitted, my guess is the airflow over the windscreen is actually trying to force it into the passenger compartment. But if you go fast enough, is there eventually wind pressure rewards pushing it backwards, or perhpas the vortex creates a vacuum and sucks it out?
