Parts Wanted

Has anyone got the parts that Gary needs - or can you steer him in the right direction?

Hi Paul,
I was wondering if you could help me. I am desperately trying to find a passenger side front wing, lower valance and grill and front bumper for my 924. The insurance have finally given the go ahead for me to get the car fixed and now I can't seem to locate a Porsche supplier that can supply these basic elements of the car! I thought that the 924 was supposed to be the one Porsche that parts were freely available. It seems to me that the 924 is the one Porsche that the parts are the hardest to find.
Do you have any names and phone numbers of suppliers that may have these parts in stock, as I need to get the car sorted for April 4th.

I certainly have a good s/h n/s front wing downstairs in the garage, I also have a new o/s front wing.

I "might" have a 924 turbo front valance as well, but don't think I have a bumper

Club Autosport is a good bet for 924 bits - call Richard on 01384 410879 and he'll be able to help. He'll have all this stuff in stock at very reasonable prices. They also do a lot of repair work for insurance companies and did a great job on my 924 when it needed straightening / respraying.

Try this link http://www.porscheshop.co.uk/acatalog/924bt.html, but do compare prices to your local opc. As an example, the rubber strip in the rear bumper for a 924 was £3 cheaper with vat from Reading OPC than it was from Porscheshop without vat.
