Passenger window problem

Hi all, have issue with my passenger window, and would like some advise / ideas before I start guessing.
20001, 3.2s
When door open, the window no longer drops, then when the doors shut, window motor keeps clicking to shut the window, even though window is shut, opening and closing the window via the button makes no difference,
If I open the roof, unhooking main catch the windows both sides lower slightly, as usual , and the lowering and shutting of the roof ,the windows lower and raise as usual,
After a couple of minutes everything fine, then for no reason the whole thing starts again, it has also happened when getting in from the drivers side, and not touching passenger door, window switch,
Opening and closing the passenger door makes no difference
So a bit baffled , connections good, solenoid working, button working, power to window good, roof /window combo works,
Ideas please,

Try reprogramming the "Top"of travel that side -

1. Close the windows with the rocker switch once.
2. Press front half of rocker switch again to store
the end position of the windows in the control
unit.

Tried all re-program, disconnected battery, still no joy,
Will try and get code reader on it this week, hopefully error code may come up, if not trip to JZ Porshce, indy, nip it in the bud, before motor burns out,

i ve had a similar issue with mine. Turned out to be my roof locating sensors, cleaned them and made sure the roof was firmly shut.

The first is in the middle where the roof release is. The other two are on each corner, not sure if these are sensors but make sure the roof locates in to them properly.
For cleaning them i used a cotten bud.
