Just an update on this event.
On speaking with Gary Sorrell of PC Cambridge he assured me we will have 2 new 981 Boxsters in the showroom for us on this day which is fantastic news.
Many thanks to Gary for this.
Also I advise that if you want to take this opportunity for a free inspection of your Boxster please contact me asap as we only have a few spaces left.
If you just want to come along and enjoy the day please let me know so as we have a rough idea of numbers.

Regards

There was a letter from OPC Cambridge awaiting me when we got back from the Isle of Wight tonight. My slot is 10am not 11am, but i'll try to get there by 9 - 9.30 on Saturday
I'll bring some snaps of the 5 boxsters

Hi Everyone
Just to let you know that we have a couple of places still available on the ramps at the Boxster clinic on Saturday 28th April. This is a chance to have a complimentary inspection of your car. Each inspection will take approx 45mins.
Please note these places do have to be prebooked so if you would like to book a slot please let me know.
If you would like to come along just to join in the fun and to see the new 981 Boxster in the showroom then we look forward to seeing you from 8.30am onwards.

Thanks Tracy for another great Boxster event today. Hope the weather improves for Silverstone tomorrow!

Great day and company - just as well it was an indoor event[:D]

Plenty to eat and drink and inspect your car with one of the Technichians taking you around all the bits you did and did not want to see[&o].

Also quizzes with prizes to keep you busy when not enjoying the company of other Club members.

Thanks to Tracy and Cliff (Boxster Reg) for organising and as ever thanks go to Gary and Team at PC Cambridge.

Hi Everyone
Thanks for your kind words and thanks to you all for turning up in such awful weather. Just goes to show, no garage queens in the Boxster register.
Mine was the first of 50 cars put on the ramps and well done to the technicians in getting through them all. Hope everyone got a clean bill of health and if not i hope that it was only small niggles. I am sure Cambridge PC can sort them out for you.
Thanks again to Gary Sorrel and the team for such great hospitality and for managing the impossible and supplying us with 2 981's to view. I know how hard you worked to arrange that for us.
Unfortunately Karl didn't win the parts competition but it was won by PCGB member Adrian Folbigg. Well done Adrian.
There will be an indepth write up and pics in Julys PP.

Regards

Can I also add my thanks to Tracy and Cliff for organising and to Gary and Team at PC Cambridge for hosting the event.

Interesting to view the new Boxster's features (not all positive in my view!) and to get some idea of what's in store for the 981 Cayman, due in Q4 according to Gary. It was also useful to have a look around the Cambridge facility.

Although not a Boxster owner myself, it was good to meet up with other PCGB members and posters here - Steph and Frank and Nick and Ed, amongst others - and look forward to seeing you at other events.

Jeff

Thanks Tracey, Cliff & Gary + the Team @ OPC Cambridge for a great event.
Well done to all concerned![:)]
Shame about the weather[8|] but these Boxster hoods keep you all snug & dry[;)]
