4 year service including their oil, spark plugs and brake fluid plus MoT - quoted cost £660 inc VAT. Actual cost £698 due to problems with the headlight adjustment for the MoT which required removal of the front PU.

Courtesy car was an 08 997 Carrera S Tip which caused much interest when I turned up at work!

Overall very happy. It's definitely worth haggling over the price in the current climate. Another PC quoted £750 without the MoT which was also less than the menu price

Good feedback from me too Ian, major service but didn't need spark plugs or brake fluid yet (car not 4 years old until next Feb) special offer £420 inc VAT think the menu price is around £580. I got a BMW loaner as the 911 hadn't come back in - maybe it was the one you had!!
It did seem very quiet in there though, would say there's a dozen or so service bays but only about 4 or 5 cars in - these dealerships must be hemorrhaging cash at the moment but I'm not complaining if it makes them more cost competitive.
