PCGB contact?

Mike M

New member
Does any one work behind the scene at PCGB . I sent an e-mail to the membership department last Monday requesting my Porsche Club membership card to be sent through as I have not yet received it even though I paid my fee in December. I followed it up this Monday still with no response. I sent it to 'angie@porscheclubgb.com' from the contact us page. Can any body advise of another route to get my card? Help would be appreciated.

Whilst I'm sure Angie makes every effort to handle the requests she gets I would think a more direct approach in the form of a phone call might get you the reassurance you seek!!! Call on 01608 652911

I rang them with the same problem this morning - I'd not recently seen the payment deducted from my card for renewal, or received the member card ....... said they've had problems with the production of cards and to bear with them, (and they had actually renewed my membership...)

I was told Angie left of her own volition, and it has been rather tough in the Office recently. I went in over Xmas to help with running the membership routines, and for sure, there is dearth of knowledge and experience. In spite of this, they have got on with running things, so hopefully renewals and membership cards are on their way.

I was told Angie left of her own volition,

She certainly did, there is an article in PP to that effect. She has gone on to greater and better things, which is a shame, because I always found her helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.
