PCGB Croft track day - needs you

I know of a couple of others that have booked and I will be there in support of you all also, but only as a spectator, I don't feel the need to track my pride and joy just yet.

I have placed it in our regions report in Porsche Post the last couple of months, I'm sure there will be plenty there.

Have faith man.

Luvverly!!!!!! Surely, we'll be able to get enough cars on for the day to go ahead. Croft's a cracking circuit and it'd be really good to see a PCGB event go ahead there!

Regards

I think croft is 102db drive by which I think is 105db static - noisy enough[;)]

Are you sure? Normally Croft is living with its noise abatement order of 98db - if it *is* a noisy day, I might get the old girl out of the garage for a blast - haven't done Croft for a while....

I'm not sure how strict they are on that.

Been on 4 speacialist cars trackdays there and noise has never been an issue. And there have been some VERY loud cars there.

fantastic Dale - home town and all that, would be criminal not to come [;)]

Are you coming Simon?

FANTASTIC!!! What a brilliant day, well done to Steve Kevlin and the team for putting on a cracking day, I only went as a passenger and had an awesome time. Great to see so many turning up for a Northeast event, lets make sure we have at least one visit to croft in 2007.

EXCELLENT!!!!!

Definitely one of the best days of the year - superb weather, wonderful people and what a great track Croft is [:)][:)]

Many thanks, as ever to Steve K for organising a superb event

Well what can I say! Cracking day, cracking track and brilliant weather. I'd also like to thank Martin Plavins, who seemed to spend a great deal of time doing the 'ambassador for the club' bit and seemed to spend less time out on track. Many thanks for your efforts!

By the way, when's the next one? Croft's a brilliant track and now we've had one good day, can we see a repeat performance?

Regards

Yes, just like to echo previous posters - an excellent day. I also booked instruction and that was well and truly worth it. A chap called Mike took me out and in 20 minutes, pretty well transformed my driving. Once I stopped braking 'like a Sunday driver', as he put it, I was substantially quicker in the afternoon sessions. Excellent day out.
