PCGB National Concours at Silverstone on July 27th

A new committee has been formed to revamp how our event is judged and awarded. We are taking the "back to basics" approach for this year, and will only be holding a single class. The judges will be given guidelines to avoid the high marking of overly restored cars, against a genuine model with a patina of wear. In addition to 1st, 2nd & 3rd places, a Spirit of the Event, visitors and highly recommended awards will be used to cover most eventualities.

Quality awards are being provided by PCGB, along with product from our sponsors Meguiars.

An after the event review will take place by the committee to take the event forward with more classes in the years to come..

The goal for 2013 is to try and increase the number of entries, in order to provide the individual classes that both you and the committee seek.

Please note that as Silverstone has ceased ticket sales of infield parking, only those who have currently purchased their PCGB infield parking ticket will be able to gain entry to the Concours this year. This is unfortunate but beyond our control.
To enter, please find the entry form and score sheet on the main PCGB website.

Hi All

If you are booked into the Club parking area on the Saturday, why not enter the Concours event. You know your car is the best ,so why not give it a chance to win a prize.

There are quality awards, and, a gift for all those that enter (the first 60 anyway) If you have not entered into a concours before give it a try. Members really do like to see the best cars on show.

Have fun

Wave the flag.

Have fun
