Annual PCGB Static Display at Brooklands Museum (Next bank holiday weekend in May)
We will be having our annual static Porsche display at the Brooklands Museum, the birthplace of British Motorsport and Aviation on Saturday, the 23rd of May, 2009. This year we will also have the 928 register having their annual meet at Brooklands.
All Porsches will be on display in the paddock in front of the historic club house with an overflow in the car park immediately next to it and the day will be open to the general public. The museum opens at 10am and we request that display cars to be there around 9:15am. The 928s will be directed to a special display area, so please follow the instruction from the marshalls on the day.
We will then have the opportunity to visit the museum and at around 12noon we will all be escorted to the historic banks in our Porsches for a photoshoot. The 928s will have a seperate session as we will not be able to accomodate all the Porsches on the bank all at once. This is weather dependent and can be moved earlier or later but the museum marshalls will keep everyone informed.
We will all have lunch at the local cafeteria.
Price to be paid on the day:
Adult - £9.00
Senior Citizen/ Student - £7.00
Children aged 5-16 - £5.00
Children under 5 - Free
Family ticket - £24.00 (2 adults and up to 3 children)
