PCM 2.1 question

I was wondering if someone could answer this question. My pcm 2.1 unit when it's switched off and the lights are on , there is only the left side power button illuminated. When I press any of the rotary nobs the unit switches on and all the button illuminate, is this normal?

Yep - that's normal.
Power button illuminates so you can see it to turn the unit on, but all the others stay off.
