PCM 2.1

I have a surplus PCM manual which came with my March 2009 Gen II Cayman S, even though I didn't have PCM. Typical Porsche, I can find no reference in the manual itself as to which version of PCM it relates to. The manual is WKD 952 220 09 allegedly dated 03/08,
You are welcome to it if it's the right one for you - if you want to PM me some relevant details of your PCM so I can check they are covered in this manual, we can go from there.

Sorry, having just closed the manual I've noticed it says PCM3 on the spine, so no good for you.

Downloaded manual for PCM 2.1. Seems odd but the manual refers to all the buttons by number but doesn't include a diagram! Still struggling to work out how to move between CD's from the autochanger. Manual says press CDC button but there's isn't one! help somebody???

It's the button to the right of am/fm button marked CD. That will display the CD changer screen for selecting CD's , tracks, play features etc. Probably will not work if a fault with autochanger or its not recognised due e.g. damaged or disconnected MOST fibre optic cable. It's been a few years since I had a PCM 2.1 so you may have to press CD button once for single CD (front slot) and twice for selecting autochanger. I'm sure someone here will know for sure.

Thanks Geoff. I've managed that a couple of times (by luck) and it shows 1 to 6 cd's in but I can't work out which button then moves you from say CD 2 to CD 5?

its not a button. After you see the screen use the right hand selector knob to scroll through the CD's and then press it in to select. Then same for tracks if memory serves well.

If it's anything like the PCM on my Cayenne, and I'm sure it is, pressing the CD button toggles between the single CD in the unit and the multichanger. When the multichanger is selected it actually has a line which goes down to the selector to indicate that you turn it to select the CD of choice and then press to select.
