PCM BOSE Sound Problems

I have a 2017 991.2 Carrera 2 with BOSE. This morning the drivers side speakers went very quiet although the passenger side worked normally. Tried adjusting Balance and Fader positions with no effect on the fault. There is very faint sound coming from the RH speakers which can be increased by turning up the volume but of course the passenger side then becomes far too loud. Also the PCM screen gets warm - but that may be normal as it is not something I check. Is there a reset for the system which might restore normal sound or could there be a fault with the BOSE amplifier? I suspect it may not be covered under my Porsche Warranty. Any ideas please. Thank you

Try a PCM reset by pressing and holding the volume button for 20 seconds. Once you let go the PCM should reboot. See if that works.

Seems to have sorted itself out but will keep an eye on it. Could it possibly be that the radio channel I had on at the time had problems with one of its channels?
