PCM POI's

Has anyone worked out if it is possible to bulk import a list of POI's (with Long/Lat locations) into the PCM.

I am thinking of specifically the speed camera databases available at www.pocketgps.co.uk

Porsche PCM / Navteq, you must be joking. If anyone out there does find a way to improve this crap system, without forking out sheds load of hard earned to Porsche, I'm very interested.

The system appears designed to stop you doing this kind of thing![&:]

The latest models have some extra gizmos, but it's still light years behind in terms of technology and flexibility.

If it could be fitted neatly I would consider a non-Porsche version later, but I hate the idea of having it "attached" in some way rather than fitting snuggly in the dash.

I do like the telephone module though. The ability to slip the SIM card in the little drawer is great.

I think you will have to find alternative solutions Peter.
