my PCM has a CD stuck in it.
Tina Turner on constant repeat is not ideal !

I have tried the force eject method described in the manual/online but no joy.
I can remove the unit, but who could do a repair ?

Not sure where you are based but Cartronics in Byfleet has a good reputation for PCM repairs.
