PDK Problem

Hi folks and Happy new year to you all.

Just wanted to see if anyone out there with a Gen II has had any issues with PDK.
My April 09 2.9 has only covered 9K and today I left the house I was only a minute away when I remembered my wallet so stopped to turn in a side road when I reversed out and then selected D Nothing no drive I thought at first silly me I have slipped into neutral but no so I re-selected still nothing I tried reverse still no drive. So switched off and restarted twice. The second time drive was restored.
Now not sure if this is a Software wobble or a sign of something to worry about.
Anyone else had the same.
