This is a bit anorak I know. The article in this months Porsche World states that the 993RS came with drilled aluminium pedals as part of the spec. I thought it came with normal ones, same as a standard Carrera.

Anybody know which is correct?

Definitely came with same pedals as regular C2/4.

edit/update to post.

Just went through technical specs for RS where standard pedal pic is shown, doesn't even have bling pedals on the options list,,,maybe they were dealer fit for those who wanted to cut a few seconds off of their lap-times? [:D]

Astonished to see that one pf the Porsche mags may be less than accurate on their reporting, I knew there was a reason I stopped flicking through them in WH Smith's.

Come on Mike .............just 'cos rhd did nt come with thin front screen and the same rear spoiler as a gt2 .......................behave , that articles an embarrassment !
The journo who wrote just dropped off my ratings scale completely !

Relieved to hear that as mine had aluminium drilled ones when I bought it and I took them out because I didn't like 'em. Would have felt a bit of a chump had they been OE!

Cheers
