As a newish member to the forum I thought you may be interested in the following. I recently got a 2005 987 Boxster which had been afflicted by peeling air con buttons. After an internet search I can across clima repair, which is basically a sticker kit to repair the buttons and is pretty effective.

http://www.climarepair.com/

I e mailed the owner of the site with the following result:

We would really appreciate if you write a review in your club forum and a link to our web site, we think the climarepair kit is a quick and affordable solution to a problem many Porsche owners suffer. Is a solution made by Porsche enthusiast for Porsche enthusiast!

The kit is just over £20 delivered from Spain and you get two sets of stickers - in case you get in a mess......there are 'before' and 'after' pictures on the web site, as I said I am pleased with the result!

Sorry - I can't post the pics - the files are apparently too large.......if you look on the clima repair site - you can see other results there.

I've now been sent a discount code for club members from Clima Repair - use the code J854GZ168059B to obtain a 15% discount on the button repair kit.
