when drafting a reply (or originating a post) check the box 'Embed picture in post' then click 'Click here to upload' and navigate to the picture you want (on your hard disk) and click OK - the forum will confirm that the picture has been uploaded successfully. The Forum automatically creates a thumbnail for you.
