Picked her up today

So, after a year 911less, I arrived on the doorstep of the opc at 9.00am sharp. Car was in pole position in the showroom ready for a sharp exit. With formalities completed and a run through of the systems it was time to go. Rather a foggy start to the day, but it still seemed sensible to take the long way round home[:D]. Some of the forums recommend that revs are varied in the running in period as long periods at constant speed can lead to problems with bore wear later. Which seemed to me like an excuse to play with the gearbox and paddles. Oh, and that sports exhaust button. The combination sounds and feels epic. It's early days but the car lives up to my expectations and am very happy with the spec I chose. A little run out this evening shows that the new interior lighting makes it a very sexy place to be (if impossible to photograph[]).
