Few pics from tonight. really good turn out i thought. The marshalls were pulling their hair out trying to get everyone in.

Camera was a Fuji S9500. Its not very good and has a fixed 28-300mm lense. No filters either. Just a 2-4 second shutter on a tripod and then sharpened up in photoshop after.

Now I'm really impressed. I was sure you were using some expensive kit. I liked the star burst effect around the street lights etc. and thought this was the result of a special effect filter.

nope. Im hoping to upgrade to a canon eos 400 soon but this will do for now

Never got round to playing with filters before.

Brilliant pics.. I was also going to ask which starburst filter you used! The colour cast is very true to the actual lighting at the evening and captures the atmosphere perfectly. Good work fella!
