Pics of my car

Last week I had a little bit of work done on a wing & the sills repainted - all nice & solid [:D]

Washed my car today & stuck some polish on the new paint - took some pics to send to Paul for a PCGB valuation

It's a good looking car at 5 yards - but it wears its stonechips with pride [;)] - and just remember, red is the new white - everyone will want it next year [;)]

Ed, looking mighty fine! Love the steering wheel too.

Got to agree with the comment about the red being the next big thing too....[:D][:D]

But then I'm perhaps a touch biased!

Nice one Ed [:)]

I think this year is turning into the year where we all have some paintwork done to our cars, in the long run it is worth it as many 944s will start falling by the wayside if they are left unattended [:(]

The only other bodywork mod I'm planning this year is a Ring Sticker [:D][:D][:D]

Looking good Ed. Better than it did in that blizzard last week!

Can't wait to pick mine up on Sunday & get it sorted.

Cheers,
Robbo

The wheel came with the car - can't claim any credit for it

It's a bit worn now - could do with a new one - it's more leather than suede [:D]

Still very nice to use though

Over the next few years I think there will be lots of 44's starting to fall away as the rust really takes hold - doubt it will have any effect on values though!

Looking lush! I still think it is the best colour for a 944!! but then again I am biased! Where did you get the work done?

Must admit Red isn't my fave colour for the '44 but those pix may help change my mind. [;)]

Seriously, she is looking very smart !

Looks good Ed - have you had it lowered?

do you know that you are missing the black plastic cover for the tow eye above your front number plate?

Scott - I got it done through ph sportscars (cash job by a chap who works in the same yard)
- it's not perfect, but this car isn't intended as a garage queen! If I'd wanted a better job done, I would have gone to Selbys in Nottingham, but that would have been ££

Alpine - the car is on Leda / Eibach suspension - quite low and stiff. To be honest, i haven't really bothered to much with the cosmetics - a missing tow eye cover doesn't concern me.

I tended to leave mine off as well because I was always removing it to put the hook in on track. Looks like a James Bond machine gun [;)]

Patrick, the bodyshop said 4 more weeks in mid January, so should be soon [8|]
