Pics are up from the Reading drive day.

I spoke to a few customers at the OPC that would like to join the club just so that next time they can come on the drive. Definitely worth joining just for this!

Sorry I missed it Alex!

Yeh a real shame Simon not to see you and Louise. Hope you are feeling better now.

I will repeat my routes again soonish I think. I am sure Tom in particular is itching to stretch his new legs. Mike and Nick were also notable local absentees so I am sure we can get a handful of us together for another run.

I am not going to be able to get to Center Gravity for my suspension fixes until Aug so may have to do a before and after run weather and schedules permitting.

Funnily enough I quite fancy a run out or two sometime soon.

I missed not being there Saturday.

Initial view is the new toy is *****ing fast still running it in and weather bad so been taking it easy but it picks up 20mph with a thought let alone using the accelerator

Looking forward to getting to the next run - feeling better now thankfully. I'm also looking forward to seeing Tom's new toy. With all this buying activity going on, I've decided to keep the car until at least Sept '12 BUT treat myself to a Sports exhaust which I'd been promising myself for a while. Get's fitted next Friday :)

I think you have one too many "*" there Tom?[:D]

As an aside I had to smile the other day when someone pointed out that you "only" get 10 secs of overboost on your bog standard Turbo. When I pointed out that if we started that particular exercise at, say, 40 mph and used the full 10 secs worth quite what the resulting speed would be he had to concede that 10secs is probably sufficient!

I wonder if any one out there has tried that reasoning/excuse with their Mrs...............[8|]

To say nothing of the fact that you can ease off for a moment and then have another 10sec worth!
