Picture wanted of passenger footwell

Guys,

another strange request..........
Please could someone let me have a photo of a facelisted 996 passenger footwell near the centre console.

Also, can someone let me have a picture of the sub when fitted to a facelifted cabrio if possible.

2 strange requests, I know.

I have an early shape 996 cabrio with a slightly bauld carpet in the passenger footwell
I have managed to get a new carpet but from a later 2002 model but the area adjacent to the centre console on the passemger side looks to have a seperate section to it where the original one was one piece.
the guy I have got it off has said he has the missing part, but it seems a little odd that they are different.
i have no access to a 2002 model so would just like to check this is correct rather than the carpet being hacked out when removed from the original car.

Cheers
Dave.

For the console carpet I'm guessing this is the piece you mean (high lighted in yellow)

Left  996 552 113 02
Right 996 552 114 02

Avalible in various colours for £34.93

But AFAIK it's always been there, the part numbers cover all years. I think the main carpet is standard but these side pieces are there as there is the option certainly on the GT3 to delete the centre console.

Hi Andy,

Unfortunately, that isnt the part that is missing.
It looks like the piece missing would fit just underneath the part you have highlighted.
Looking again at the carpet, it does look like this is the original shape.

not knowing where the BOSE subwoofer fits, I was wondering if this was the missing piece.
