Pirelli help

Hi there, just coming up to 16k on the clock and new tyres are needed on a 997 2s. I seem to have Pzero rosso ZR19 C100y N1 at the back. When I do a search for them on the net I get different variants of what appears to be the same tyre. What do members mostly use and why and can anyone explain the different pirelli versions please?
