Hope everyone is keeping well.

The Panamera Register is arranging a factory tour of Pirelli Tyres Ltd Carlisle, planned for Thursday, 31 March. This promises to be a very interesting and informative day and good drive out. Due to the proximity of our regions, the event has now been opened to all Porsche owning members of R22 and R3. I am afraid it is a week day by the very nature of the factory visit but I hope it will still be of interest.

Draft programme - Thursday 31 March. 9.30-11.00am meet at Porsche Centre South Lakes, Carnforth LA6 1FW. The Centre has kindly offered us refreshments and an introduction to their new site and an opportunity to look around their stock (previously located in Kendal). It is then planned to travel up the M6 to Carlisle to Pirelli. 12.45-1.00pm meet at Pirelli Tyres Ltd, Dalston Road, Carlisle CA2 6AR. 1pm lunch/refreshments. 1.30pm talk/briefing. 2.00pm factory tour - approx. one hour. The tour is limited to 15 people. There is no charge for the visit but it is suggested that a donation is collected for an appropriate charity. Could you please let the Register Secretary know at panamera@porscheclubgb.com if you are interested in attending so that arrangements can be firmed up with both the Porsche Centre and Pirelli.

For those traveling from the north of our region, a couple of us will be meeting at the BP Service Station in Hexham for a 0745hrs departure. You are very welcome to join us for the drive out.

Many thanks,

Randall
